At SOS Children’s Villages, we commit to identify the most suitable care option for every child according to the child’s best interests and in close partnerships with partners and stakeholders. We care for vulnerable children in various forms of alternative care. We strengthen families to prevent abandonment and neglect of children and we support youth development and empowerment towards self-reliance. We also advocate for the rights of all children without or at risk or losing parental care, and the rights of young people and their families.
